COACHING
This is what it actually looks like.
One to one, online, built around you.
All coaching takes place online via Google Meet — so wherever you are in the UK, location isn't a barrier. Sessions are one hour, one to one, and there's no set agenda. We work on what's most relevant to you.
After every session you'll receive a written summary. No relying on memory, no scrambling to remember what you said you'd do, it's there when you need it.
What we work on.
That depends entirely on you. Some people come knowing exactly what's getting in the way. Others arrive with a general sense that something isn't working but aren't sure what. Both are fine starting points.
There's no fixed script, the work is led by you. If you work best with more structure and a clearer sense of what to expect, we can build that in. If you'd rather keep things flexible, that works too. We'll figure out what helps you engage best and work from there.
How sessions are structured.
Coaching works best with some consistency. Most people find weekly or fortnightly sessions work well, though we'll figure out a rhythm that suits you.
Sessions are available in blocks of 6 or 12, or on a pay as you go basis. Which makes most sense depends on you, your situation and what you're hoping to get from coaching. That's something we'll talk through on your discovery call.
If you have funding in place (through Access to Work, an employer, or another route) session blocks can be arranged to fit that. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll figure out the practicalities together.
What coaching isn't.
Coaching isn't therapy. It doesn't focus on processing the past. It's forward focused, practical and collaborative. If at any point I think something else would serve you better, I'll tell you honestly.
Coaching also isn't a one size fits all programme, and it isn't going to pretend your brain works like everyone else's.
Who this is for.
Adults with ADHD - whether you have a formal diagnosis, you're on a waiting list, or you're self-identifying. All genders, anywhere in the UK.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit. If something feels harder than it should, that's enough of a reason to have a conversation.
For professionals and referrers.
If you're a GP, therapist, employer or other professional thinking of referring someone to Enough Already, you're welcome to get in touch directly to find out more.
I'm an accredited ADHD coach (Barrett Coaching and Training — Association for Coaching and Universal Coaching Alliance) and a registered social worker (SSSC). I work with adults across the UK, online and can accommodate Access to Work or employer-funded coaching blocks.
If you'd like to pass my details on to a client or discuss a potential referral, please email hello@iamenoughalready.co.uk.
